Midwest Spine & Nerve Center Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the Midwest Spine & Nerve Center program?

Midwest Spine and Nerve Center has developed an effective spinal rehabilitation program for conditions of the lumbar spine (low back) and cervical spine (neck), with focus on chronic and severe cases. The program consists of non-surgical spinal decompression therapy focused on decompressing the discs to reverse high amounts of pressure built up in the discs to take the pressure off of the nerves. Ancillary care is available in the form of braces, nutrition, home care, orthotics, E-stim, physiotherapy, and spinal manipulation.

Midwest Spine and Nerve Center also has a very effective treatment for peripheral neuropathy. They are a member of the Neuropathy Treatment Centers of America and their particular treatment protocol has proven successful across the country at relieving the foot and leg pain associated with neuropathy.

  • Disc problems of many varieties as bulging discs, herniated discs or ruptured and protruding discs of the lumbar spine (low back) and cervical spine (neck), degenerated discs, joint facet syndrome, sciatica, mild spondylolisthesis, and stenosis.

Neuropathy shows up as pain or tingling in your legs or feet. It may be numbness or lack of sensation in your extremities, it may also contribute to restless leg syndrome, pain when you walk or muscle weakness.

  • Very high, actually. Midwest Spine and Nerve Centers only accepts patients we truly feel we can help. The back and neck pain treatment aids patients suffering from herniated or bulging intervertebral discs, sciatica, stenosis, deterioration, and arthrosis. Our peripheral neuropathy pain program has been highly successful in helping patients manage their pain as well.

  • Good news! The cost is reasonable and we provide everyone with the opportunity to receive therapy by eliminating the worry of finances by offering flexible payment plans. During your consultation, the doctor will determine if you are a candidate and fully explain to you how much it will cost before any charges are posted. If it is felt that you are not a candidate for care, the doctor will tell you and there will be no charge. Fair enough?

  • Different types of insurance cover different costs associated with the therapy. We are happy to provide you with a list of services we provide so you may verify your benefits, as well as give you an idea of what you will need to pay out of pocket before any services are performed.

  • Absolutely! We can provide several flexible payment plans to accommodate most people's needs. But more importantly, we are pleased to offer patient financing to allow everyone the opportunity to receive care they can afford.

For those with partial, limited or no insurance coverage we offer financing for the balance of the due amount. These flexible plans can be adjusted to fit any budget and can be offered with 0% interest.
